Last week, STI rebound at 2676 level which is very close to previous low at 2666. We believe this will be strongest support at the moment. For further confirmation, we just need the MACD histogram to be changed to green colour which forming a reversal where the low shall not lower than recent histogram low at about -35.79. Of course, this will be more convincing if happen the golden cross on MACD moving averages. Dow market was seeing stable closing on last Friday and hopes this will continuing for this week to also help lifting up market sentiments in Singapore.
